New Town Mortgages

Very prompt and friendly service for a first time buyer application. Helped navigate the complexities of the mortgage market and reasonable about the fee charge. Kept me up to date throughout the process. My only recommendation for improvement would be to make it clearer what documents are expected e.g. date ranges for statements. Otherwise, no complaints.

I have been fortunate enough to have had all my mortgage products managed by Chris and his efficient team for several years now. As a portfolio landlord, I have several properties that require product renewal at various times. Chris always contacts me several months prior to remind me and discuss my needs for the new product. He sends me multiple suitable options, then follows up with me to explain them in detail so I can make an informed decision. He and his team takes care of all the time consuming and sometimes confusing parts of the process. It gives me peace of mind to concentrate on my other work responsibilities knowing that all my mortgages are taken care of both for my home and tenanted properties. Chris and his team provide an excellent level of customer service and I would highly recommend New Town Mortgages to anyone.

New Town Mortgages have provided us with mortgage advice for the last 10 years and the service provided has always been excellent. On this occasion it was Jack who looked after us and we found him very personable, quick to respond and always happy to explore various options on our behalf. We're both very happy customers!

We had an excellent service from Adam and Jack at New Town Mortgages. They were incredibly responsive and talked us through all our options clearly. They answered all our questions and the process felt a lot more efficient than some of our previous experiences elsewhere. We would highly recommend New Town Mortgages and will definitely look to them for future remortgaging.

Excellent service throughout. Chris is so knowledgeable and always helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and keep things moving. Adam was great with the paperwork — organised, efficient, and quick to respond. Mortgages can be stressful, but the communication was excellent and the whole process felt straightforward with no stress at all. The team were professional and approachable throughout. I wouldn’t use anyone else and would recommend them to everyone looking for a reliable mortgage broker.
