Cox and Co's service is first class. From start to finish their estate agency service was seamless: excellent photos, a great property description and very professional viewings. I was particularly impressed by the detailed feedback they gave me after each viewing, and the way in which they meticulously followed up with each interested party. In a slow market at the time, the team at Cox and Co remained positive throughout, with careful advice on pricing and presentation which ultimately resulted in a successful sale and and a price I was very happy with. Having finally completed the sale of my house, I can honestly say Phil earned his money dealing with the purchaser - maybe John should give him a bonus for this sale!
