Easylets have been the best letting agency I have ever been with by a mile, after horrendous experience with other letting agencies in Dundee who are greedy and have terrible customer service like Rockford etc, easylets was honestly like a breath of fresh air. Not only did I get my deposit back in full promptly within days of leaving my flat, the whole time anything I needed they couldn’t be anymore accommodating if they physically tried. There was a storm in Dundee a year or so ago which probably cause issues with 60% of the city and the same day I needed easylets they brought someone out within literally an hour? Nothing was too much for them, freezer broke? They ordered a new one for next day, the staff couldn’t be more attentive with special mention to Chantelle. She is an absolute asset to the company and that would be an understatement in itself. She is absolutely lovely and goes out her way to make life easier for all her tenants, an absolute shining example of someone who goes above and beyond in her role and then some! Was absolutely gutted to have to move out not because of any attachment to the flat per say, but more because I didn’t want to leave easylets, absolutely world class and should give all other agencies in Dundee a very red face, they are excellent!

Terrible company as a landlord they did nothing. Never visited the tenants in my flat, the property was left in a disgusting condition. I got my deposit returned despite being told from them not to bother! Very unprofessional and just spoken to another landlord who has experienced exactly the same when her tenants left. They are inexperienced staff who need to qualify in housing and start doing flat inspections and I manage the property myself now instead of paying them to do nothing
