Called the contact centre in respect of car finance deal coming to an end. The agent I spoke with was very helpful by explaining the final process and even managed to extend the car return date by several weeks. Bravo, first class customer service.

Got a car on finance with them with multiple issues. Followed the complaint procedure within 24 hours of collecting the car. 3 weeks later and the car has been taken into a dealer to repair it but they didn't; they just took photos confirming the issues as I had described, not to mention the potential mileage fraud. They didn't provide the full list of items that was agreed. Then I chase them for update and they say the dealers got a week to reply. That passed 5 days go. I've chased via email and they simply don't bother reven acknowledging that you have sent them additional information. I have zero confidence that they will assist in getting this issue resolved to a satisfactory conclusion and will be referring to the FOS at the earliest opportunity. I would not recommend them to anyone. Same for Evans Halshaw Hyundai Leeds.

Eric provided excellent service when assisting with my query. He went above and beyond to ensure the issue was fully resolved. After my previous experience with customer service, where I did not receive adequate assistance, Eric took the time to address my concerns thoroughly and professionally.
