I was recommended Mortgage First and specifically Sacha through a friend and I can understand why. Sacha made the mortgage application process so easy and stress free. He took the time to explain things in easy to understand terms and was very proactive and approachable throughout the whole process (even over weekends and Xmas holidays). Ultimately using Mortgage First saved me time, money and stress during my mortgage application. I cannot recommend Mortgage First and Sacha’s services enough.

My first meeting with Sacha was in July where I knew nothing about mortgages or buying a house and from that meeting he broke everything down into small bite size pieces and easy to understand. Every step of the process was extremely efficient and I ended up completing on buying my first house in December, 5 months from being clueless to home owner. I can’t recommend Sacha, Michael and mortgage first enough. The staff there are true professionals at their jobs.

We first worked with Sacha during the 2020 pandemic, when we were buying our first home. He gave us some much needed direction and confidence in an otherwise unpredictable time when there were construction delays and ever-changing government rules. This year he really took the lead to secure us our updated mortgage deal, from contacting us first to remind us the time was coming up, he really did all the work and kept us updated with the best rates. He also directed us to a Will writing service and explained everything to us in a way we understood. I couldn’t recommend this business more.
