Thanks to Chris I had achieved the impossible in getting a mortgage with relatively bad credit, Chris would often go above and beyond and made sure everything went to plan and completed everything within a good timeframe. We originally mortgaged with Chris and now remortgaged as well. He is truly a joy to work with, he is kind, professional and keeps you completely up to date. He will not push you to try and "sell" a mortgage, but really values in what his customer wants and what they feel comfortable with. Needless to say he has a patience of a saint as last minute the mortgage rates dropped and did everything to make sure we got the new lower rate. Best decision we made to hire Chris for our mortgage. Chris was our mortgage broker. Completely supportive and brilliant from start to finish. We had some issues getting a mortgage, which we had no judgement with from Chris, only what we have, what we need and how he can us get there. We had major issues with lender and solicitors who were both useless, even after additional fees due to them and the property, but Chris was the only person committed to us getting our home. Making phones calls directly to them both even though he didn’t need to.
