mortgage monkeys

Having my own business, mortgages can be tricky but mortgage monkeys got me a mortgage offer no problem at all! They have extremely friendly and easy to deal with throughout! Could not recommend them highly enough!

Meeting James randomly was more than coincidence, it was providence. Thanks to him and the team at Mortgage Monkeys, big shout out to Lucy, we got a mortgage in unlikely and challenging circumstances. They took all the time required to talk to us as many times we needed and wanted to explain and go over the hurdles. Their close relationship with lenders makes their service very effective, transparent and reliable. Thank you team!

I can’t recommend Mortgage Monkeys highly enough. James and Lucy were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. I had a difficult mortgage situation, but they didn’t shy away from it at all - instead they worked tirelessly to find me a great rate when I honestly didn’t think it would be possible. They went above and beyond at every stage, keeping me informed, explaining everything clearly, and always being available to help or reassure me when things felt stressful. Their knowledge, professionalism and genuine care really set them apart. If you’re looking for mortgage brokers who truly have your best interests at heart and will go the extra mile, James and Lucy at Mortgage Monkeys are the people you want. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Mortgage monkeys have been a delight to work with. Nothing has been too much for them and they work so hard and incredibly fast. Me and my partner was nervous to start our mortgage journey with it being our first time we didn’t know anything or even where to start. James and Lucy took us under their wing and explained the plan and what they needed from us. We got updates from them regularly on how things were going and they even set us up with a trusted solicitor. They’d look for the best rates and always double check things with us first before going ahead. They have genuinely been a god send and we are a step closer every day to getting into our new home. I can not thank you guys enough 😊❤️

Absolutely fantastic service from James and Lucy at Mortgage Monkeys. Not a straight forward mortgage application due to sharing a house but they supported us throughout the process and we got the mortgage we wanted. Communication and support was 10/10, friendly and supportive with the nature of the situation. Gave constant updates when they got them. Thank you Mortgage Monkeys.
