We recently sold our home through this estate agency and honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we received from start to finish. Tom was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. We sold our house with them last year, we only went with them because they sold us the house and we thought they knew what they were doing. We were given a new member of staff who clearly had no supervisor as Adam, the owner was shocked to discover she hadn’t disclosed that her partner would potentially be doing building work for the buyers. We felt like they were acting in the best interests of the buyers the whole way through the process, not as our paid representatives. Communication was poor, we had one viewing, had to settle for under our asking price, and had to ask our agent to stop sharing personal information with potential buyers. When we complained to Adam he was initially very rude until he realised he had no idea what was actually going on with his own staff. He said he would help get the sale sorted quickly but we still had to chase him. Fees were unnecessarily high for the worst service I’ve ever experienced when buying or selling a property. Highly recommend using someone else, what we experienced was a series of serious issues that aren’t likely to be a one off.

We recently sold our house in Exeter through Francis Louis and although the property sold quickly we felt that overall the Company fell well short of the professional standards expected. Levels of communication were especially poor and we felt that we were always having to make the running. At times sadly we also started to wonder whether we could really trust some of the information that we received. Given the large fee that the were paid we were very disappointed and certainly wouldn't choose to use them again.
