After an absolute nightmare with so-called "Intelligent" insurance we turned to a broker to ensure our insurance was worth the paper it was written on. From the moment we called Alistair James, we dealt with intelligent, professional and kind staff who listened carefully and then set about matching our requirements. We now have brilliant insurance in place, with a reputable and reliable company, and Belynda, our broker, assured us that should the worst ever happen then they would manage any claims, and that they will check the market for us again at renewal to ensure we're still in receipt of the best deal. I don't know why it never occurred to us to use a broker before, frankly. We'd never find a mortgage without a broker, as they are equipped to secure the best (not necessarily cheapest - but the best) deal for our situation, so why insurance? We hope we don't ever need to speak to you except at renewal time, but what a reassurance to know we have you to call on, should issues arise.
