6 Mar 2026Been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years and this CRM has potential but has too many limitations. It cannot cope with many mortgage scenarios you come across on a day to day basis, LTD Co mortgages being one of them. Not worth the price for the functionality you get. You are also forced to tie in to a 3 year agreement without a free trial period.

11 Feb 2026I second Barry Howard's comments, mortgage broker firm hood winked in to a 3-year contract. The sytem is shocking, over filters products clearly available on lenders website, and not even showing in their shortlist of near misses. We've also had a whole list of products show up completely different from lenders websites all together. I have tried contacting the customer service team (Which is no longer available on their system directly). No answer, yet receive more sales calls when it suits them. Cowboys at best.

20 Nov 2025We are a large, well-respected IFA firm that's looking to start a mortgage arm. Honesty, Transparency and integrity sit high on our list. We discussed using their sourcing system, additionally they pushed their CRM system but as we already had a CRM in place we didn't want to duplicate work, for obvious reasons. We agreed to trial the CRM to see if it would add benefit. I expressly said if it does not add any benefit, we would cancel it off. This was made abundantly clear. At no point was i told i could not cancel the CRM element or even trial it.....hood winked! After a few weeks, i called to cancel the CRM as it added no benefit and the fact we hadn't even set it up yet or used it in any way. To be met with them waiving a contract saying i was liable for the next 2 years.........reading the comments and reviews it seems a very common issue with these to sell you, then hide behind the contract....where's the TCF - I would highly recommend you avoid
