Karen Platt was amazing! Super helpful and knowledgeable about the every property she showed us. Had depth knowledge about the properties. She went above and beyond to help us. Unfortunately my experience with this agency was far from pleasant. Karen comes across as kind and sweet but reality is shes the polar opposite of "nothings too much trouble", I was faced with lies, made to feel an inconvenience and more than once given huffs and puffs down the phone for simply asking for her to send me an email because "she was just about to leave the office". That being said, these poor encounters with Karen were nothing when comparing it with communications with Mark. After receiving email from Mark trying to stamp some kind of authority, I called the office in the hope id taken the tone of the email the wrong way. Truth be told, he thought he could bully his way in to getting a certain result for his client and I was faced with an aggressive and sarcastic exchange, to which i requested Mark make no further contact with me via phone or email - he still did though, says it all really (no apology either) This agent only showed me they are not the kind of agent that should have 5 star reviews; at least in my case.

We recently purchased our flat through MK Estates, and Mark supported us from the very first viewing through to completion. As first-time buyers, we had no prior experience, and he advised us every step of the way. He was always extremely helpful, showed us the property as many times as we requested, promptly responded to all our emails, and helped us ensure everything was in place before moving into the property. We would highly recommend MK Estates and Mark for their support throughout the process.
