We had Joe as our mortgage advisor and honestly couldn’t recommend him or the team more. Everyone on the team was super friendly, really helpful, and always quick to respond 😄 As first-time buyers we had lots of questions, and Joe was always happy to explain things and go over them as many times as we needed, and they were always ready for us on the other side of the phone. So we could give them a ring or pop in and chat whenever we needed clarity (which was surprisingly more than we anticipated 😂). They also helped us get sorted with insurance and trust advice, which made us feel really supported. The whole process was far smoother and less stressful than we expected. From the first call with Lavinia, then Adam to the oversight and case management of John, I felt I was in very safe and confident hands. Amazing communication, brilliant consulting and very caring. I want to especially mention Adam, who I felt went out of his way sometimes and additionally made me feel reassured, as I was a first time buyer and didn’t know all the terms and steps that follow. Also nearing the completion, John had me contacted, though on leave, to make sure everything is going well. Hearing about other Mortgage brokers, I was so relieved that none of the bad stereotypes were true about Oakhill.
