She has made simple what I perceived to be a complicated area, and has put in a long term plan for my morgate move forward (eventually combining two mortgages on one rate). She is quick to tackle any problems, and made the buying process stress free. Moving forward, I'll be sticking with Nightingale, & Charlotte, for all my mortgage needs as I would struggle to find a better service. Quick, stress free, easy to understand, and take the majority of burdens on for their clients, what more could a customer want 😊
