Jamie appeared during our conversation as a big brother, protective of his little sister. I felt at ease, wasn't pressured to give or change any answers. Very professional throughout and was able to share a joke, death is a subject I'm quite open to discuss, can only add Jamie was very easy to talk to and understand when he delivered. After my 3rd review process with this company I couldn't be happier with the service I get from for my personal insurance needs. They are well informed of what's happening in this mysterious world that I don't understand properly, so can keep my cover level up and my cost of cover sensible. I'm sure like most people you all get bombarded with callers trying to sell this type of stuff, the odd one I do give the time of day to cant offer anything like what these guys sort out.

Absolutely Fantastic Service. I was connected with Jamie to review my current policy and figured that I was paying for a policy in excess and which was not fit for purpose. Jamie was fantastic in understanding my current situation and recommending what plans might be beneficial and we ended up with better plans for the current premium. This kind of customer service is rare in today's world where the customer needs are prime and it is heartfelt to see that.
