We have recently used Richard Bamber & Company for our remortgage and help to buy. We've used them twice before and have always been pleased with their service. I wasn't looking forward to going through all the help to buy but Kristian helped me with this and he was amazing. He explained everything from start to finish and if I had a query with anything I could email and he would always promptly reply. Kristian went above and beyond to secure us the best deal he could and even when the provider was being picky (he assured me it wasn't just with us) and he made everything run smoothly for us. Superb service, even when it was just for travel insurance for 3 days away they went the extra mile. Much better than using a comparison site, they did all the leg work and saved me so much hassle wading through online questionnaires to find the best priced, most suitable policy.
