Elliott Booth have been brilliant with me since day one. They took over managing my property 12 months ago after they bought Central Property Management. At the time I had a tenant in who refused to leave despite me wanting to sell the property. I'd be trying for a year to remove the tenant but with now joy. Elliott Booth helped me finally remove the tenant from the property and then found a buyer within a week of them leaving. The sale completed this week. I need to say a huge thank you Jack Ryder who helped with the tenant and found the buyer. He's been immense and supportive the last 12 months. Jamie has also been excellent in pushing the sale through. I would recommend Elliott Booth to anyone looking to sell their house or wanting a company to manage a property.

Deep Concerns About Eastway Care Home Proposal I am deeply concerned about the proposal to establish a Category 2 care home for vulnerable children in Ellesmere Port, Little Sutton. Elliott Booth’s sister company, Resilience Care & Alternative Education, appears to lack substantial experience in this highly specialised and sensitive field. Yet they are planning to house children with severe behavioural and emotional needs in a small, close-knit residential community. This raises serious concerns—not only for the well-being of the children, who require expert and experienced care, but also for the impact on the local area. It is troubling that Mr Heyworth has chosen to set up this facility far from his own community, prompting legitimate questions about his motivations and the level of responsibility he is prepared to assume. Hopefully, they will reconsider this decision—or, at the very least, choose to house the children nearer to Blackpool, closer to the owner’s own community, where they are better positioned to ensure the children receive the level of attention and care they truly deserve.
