We contacted Steven at Proplan for help with some financial planning, having originally found him via the Money Saving Expert site. We had a number of face to face meetings, Steven explained our options with the advantages & disadvantages of the various options and took time to make sure we understood. Great from start to finish. Steven Czapowski at Proplan always explained everything in layman's terms so that we fully understand what is going on. Steven & Proplan were recommended to us by a friend, we contacted Steven and he arranged an appointment to visit us to discuss our future needs. This was our first face to face meeting with a financial planner with all of our dealings from our previous advisors being via zoom (tbf it was during covid). To date we've had a few meeting with Steven and he is very punctual, courteous and professional, we are very happy to be one of Stevens & Proplans clients. We were able to transfer our financial products from our previous supplier relatively easy and quickly, which had the benefits of reducing our fees and treating us as a valued client. Since then we've also recommended Steven & Proplan to one of our friends and they too have moved their pension management over.
