Rose James Finance

Amy was excellent. She called me about my remortgage, clearly explained all the options and found the best deals available. She answered any questions I had without making me feel stupid, which, when you don’t have a clue about this stuff, makes the whole process far less stressful. I’d highly recommend her to anyone.

I can’t recommend Amy at Rose James Finance highly enough. From start to finish, she made the entire mortgage process feel smooth, clear, and completely stress‑free. Amy was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step in a way that felt reassuring rather than overwhelming. She was always quick to respond, proactive with updates, and genuinely cared about finding the best possible option for us. It never felt like we were just another set of clients—Amy made us feel supported and well looked after throughout the whole journey. If you’re looking for a mortgage broker who is professional, patient, and truly goes above and beyond, Amy is the one.
