We had the pleasure of being assigned Liam Robinson as my mortgage advisor and was lucky enough to do this through a work scheme. In my initial introduction I asked Liam to explain everything to me like I am 10 years old (first time buyer!!) and he obliged. He was super super helpful with everything, was so patient - even if there were a few hiccups with the first property that fell through! He guided myself and my partner every step of the way, explaining things in such a way that we could get our head around it and if we didn't quite get it, he was still patient and helped us just that little bit more, going above and beyond every single time. I used the company to get me a mortgage in principle. They have now cost me the deposit on my house by lying and misleading us!!! We spent hours getting all the paperwork sorted and their constant demands were ridiculous, constantly changing goalposts. I would never recommend this company! Absolutely awful!!
