Anna was amazing , I was so stressed and worried about the process of applying for a re-mortgage, changing lenders and trying to figure out the best way forward, and Anna took all this stress away, she was fantastic, everything was explained well , communication and efficiency was outstanding, was adaptable to our needs and I honestly could not recommend Anna, highly enough. I cannot express how wonderful Anna is. When you are both self-employed the mortgage market can be confusing as there are a lot more hoops to go through in order to secure a remortgage, but Anna went above and beyond and explained everything that we needed to do to obtain all the correct documentation needed for the application. I must say as soon as you first talk to Anna you feel confident and reassured that Anna is the sort of person that will go that extra mile to ensure that the process is not stressful and keeps you informed every step of the way. I can't recommend Anna highly enough as a mortgage advisor! I had spoken to a different advisor when my mortgage was due to be renewed, however due to my living overseas at the time, the mortgage rate they found was simply not feasible. Anna went above and beyond to secure me the best possible mortgage rate, helping me navigate through complex legal stuff and even getting me a last minute reduction in the rate - because every little helps in the long run. Anna was incredibly responsive and so helpful, being able to explain terms I didn't understand, and chasing up the lenders for things she wasn't 100% certain on. She also bent over backwards to help accommodate for my very awkward time difference (when you're 10 hours ahead, office hours are tough!). If you're searching for a new mortgage and want the most pain free experience available for an incredibly reasonable, Anna is your lady. Thank you so much for your help Anna - I so appreciate it.

Anna helped my wife and i when others ignored us, as first time buyers Anna took all the Q&A and hands down she earnt her money and more before i even paid her a penny and my life situation upon initial contact was quite complicated, even after she was committed to us both and knowing we had a second financial advisor on the side who was free, and although most brokers compare against the same handful of lenders she still saw and found us a £4100 saving on our mortgage. (£4000 on the interest paid and £100 on free bank valuations!) if thats not worth her small fee which was HALF the PRICE of the estate agents fees then i dont know what is, for us and from us we could not have gotten better... and best believe im so tight with money i tried multiple people and still came back to Anna! We've just locked in and exchanging contracts today and are super excited! MASSIVE THANK YOU FROM US BOTH!
