1 Jan 2026I had a phone appointment with Lisa from the Bromley branch of TUI. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the booking process really easy and stress free. Lisa went above and beyond to find us a good deal, we told her what we were looking for and she went away to find us the best package/flights. This was really important to us as we are holidaying with three young children. The service and experience provided by Lisa was exceptional and I will not hesitate to book with her again!!

28 Aug 2025Popped into the Bromley branch today at 5.10pm. The shop had 4 members of staff and no customers but myself. The bureau exchange was not staffed. When i asked about that service I was told that the staff member on the phone at a desk in the store was the person to speak to. That staff member made no attempt to indicate that she would be with me shortly, although i moved within her sight. In fact she started to tap a telephone number into the computer to make another call. So I left the store. That is what TUI calls good customer service!!!

I want to give a special shoutout to Maggie, the manager, and Marsha, who assisted me today. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Maggie's leadership made the process smooth and stress-free. She went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, and her warm demeanor made me feel like a valued customer. Marsha was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the options with patience and expertise. Her friendly approach and thorough knowledge made the booking process a breeze. Thank you, Maggie and Marsha, for making my holiday planning such a delightful experience.
