Mark and Ryan are amazing - my mum lost her husband recently and I am in the US; we needed to redo her house insurance and she’s not a big fan of the internet…Mark and Ryan handled everything with a few emails and phone calls and offered mum could come to local office to go through things if that was most comfortable. They actually managed to reduce her premium and give her the confidence she can handle all this. We will be moving all her insurance needs to GN. So wonderful to still have companies that lean into the personal touch.
