Acorn staff (Lisa Kapper and her team) were kind, helpful, and supportive throughout my request. everything was handled with care and the matter was resolved efficiently and to my satisfaction. I’m truly grateful for all they’ve done.

I have been a tenant of Damien Ct for a number of years and have always been impressed with Traceys response times and action. The new signage looks great and the cleaners also do a great job!

She’s always so attentive, helpful, and on top of everything — from keeping us updated with clear communications to making sure any issues are handled promptly. It’s such a relief and a joy to have a building manager who genuinely cares about the people in the building. I am a resident at one of the blocks managed by Acorn. I came out without my fob and my phone still inside. I emailed Acorn from the local library and Tracey Fowler was superb - trying to find workarounds, emailing other residents and doing it all very quickly and responsively. Thanks Tracey. My Estate switched our property management services to Acorn at the start of the year of 2024. Our previous property managing agent provided an abysmal standard of services, usually ignoring all correspondence and requests for property management services to be provided. Our experience with Acorn has been the polar opposite of the above situation. Acorn has provided an excellent standard of services to date. Acorn has worked with our Estate to complete all overdue works, and to promptly plan our budget for the upcoming year. Their communication has been excellent, emails are answered swiftly and the Acorn team proactively contact us as needed when there is an item for discussion. Our dedicated property manager, Natasha St James, Estate Manager (Acorn Head Office), has been fantastic, and we are extremely grateful for all of her hard work in managing our Estate. Natasha has personally made significant effort to ensure that the Estate is being properly managed, she is diligent, communicative, and extraordinarily hard-working. I cannot recommend her enough and she is a credit to Acorn as a company. I would strongly recommend Acorn as a property management agent on the basis of our experience with them as a provider. I only wish that all property managing agents held themselves to the same standards that Acorn do.
