I spoke to Sharon . Who answered the phone within 1 minute. Yes you can rang some days and have a long wait but you have to remember they are dealing with other customers to not just you.

Lately, it's been impossible to speak to someone without being held in a queue for at least 20 minutes - even if you're first in line. It was not like this before when someone would actually answer the phone normally without the automated message you now get. That one goes on for nearly 2 minutes only to be followed by the long queueing time.

Absolutely disgraceful Worst council ever, ran terribly. no common sense whatsoever bad tradesmen and a constant waste of tax payers money I think at this stage they just employ anyone. Very hard to even engage with someone competent Watford council needs a reform!!

Very helpfull staff. Explained timescale of work to be carried out and gave me dates. The work has been completed and I am very happy with work done. Gentleman whom did work was friendly and great knowledge and about job in hand.
