Tarun not only secured my mortgage but also took the time to patiently explain the end-to-end process, going beyond just the financing. His efficiency was genuinely shocking: I spoke with him on Monday, my house offer was accepted on Tuesday, and the mortgage was formally approved by Friday! Getting approval in a couple of days is unheard of. He was very clear with the breakdown of the finances and provided a transparent quote upfront. Furthermore, his help in recommending and connecting me with a solicitor for the purchase has been invaluable. I can't recommend Tarun highly enough, especially for new buyers. He has made a complex and stressful process feel incredibly quick and smooth.
