My review is for Pure property themselves as opposed to the lender. I had the pleasure of dealing with Helen Hobbs who was absolutely fantastic from the start. Calling at least a couple of times a week to check in and see how things were going, even working while on holiday to ensure proof of funds were received to enable us to secure our new property. Very polite, friendly, professional and helped chase things up when necessary. Very good indeed. Hopefully the sale on our property completes soon to minimise the interest charges at the back end!
