Impossible to talk they never answer more like citizens non advice

I highly recommend the Citizens Advice service. They provide exceptional support and valuable guidance, especially regarding my landlord issues. Not only did they help me navigate my situation effectively, but they also connected me with additional organisations and shared their contact details for further assistance if my initial attempts didn't resolve the matter. They made it clear that I could reach out to them anytime, whether for the same query or something different. In addition to phone support and in-person visits, their website offers an easy-to-use online contact form, providing a variety of convenient options to get in touch.

They have a face to face drop in at the moment Swansea Wind Street, above Nandos Mondays, Tuesdays, fridays 9.30am onwards But the capacity is 10 people per drop in Get there early x

I arrived at the CAB and was seen promptly by the receptionist attending on that day. She explained that I'd need to make a future appointment for the issues I wanted to talk to an advisor about. I was given an appointment for a later day. I was happy with the service they provided and look forward to my next appointment.
