As a freelancer working in the film industry, I thought I would never be able to get a mortgage on my own. Ross's experience with film industry professionals meant he knew exactly which lenders have favourable deals for freelancers. He secured me a mortgage deal not once, but twice! After I withdrew from the first sale, we had to begin the process again 6 months later. Despite changes to my working situation and the lenders requirements, Ross secured another offer, and was on hand to offer advice the entire way through the process. 10/10 for communication and vibes, incredibly grateful to him for making this a reality for me.
