Ian Cowie

We used Ian to secure a mortgage for a rather complex property transaction and he was brilliant. He walked us through several options and helped us secure a mortgage that we are really happy with. Also, due to the complexity of the property purchase, he had to work and rework options for us, which he did quickly and smoothly. We are very happy with his services and would highly recommend him.

Ian has yet again delivered for us and has been superb in getting our 5th property for us. Ian has provided the best advice tailored to our needs and has supported us through the entire process! I have no hesitation in recommending Ian! Thank you so much Ian and Ill be contacting you for our next purchase!

I was referred to Ian through local word of mouth, and I’m so glad I decided to go with him when it came time to buy a new home. From start to finish, he was absolutely fantastic—patiently answering every one of my questions and easing my initial concerns, especially around finances. Ian went above and beyond throughout what was often an overwhelming and frustrating process. His professionalism and thorough approach truly stood out. It’s been a real pleasure and I can confidently say it was money well spent and what a great guy. Highly recommended!

I am confident we would not have been able to purchase our first property without Ians expertise. If we did it certainly wouldn't have been so seamless. Always at the end of the phone to keep us right and offer impartial advice. Non judgemental - no questions were stupid! He had no angles or motives. Genuinely wanted to get us the best deal for what suited us! A very genuine guy, with a lof of knowledge- he knows is stuff and puts in a lot of work behind the scenes. Could not recommend more! 5☆

Ian made the mortgage process as easy as it could've been for us. He gave us great advice and really took into account our needs. He was flexible with meeting times and was happy to work around our schedule. He also provided us with support after getting our mortgage and stays in touch to make sure we're happy with everything. I'd absolutely recommend Ian to anyone and will be using his services in the future.
