I applied through ClearScore upon receiving an email that I had been pre approved. Within 10 minutes I had a call with Darren who was lovely and down to earth and we arranged a time for me to come into the office and talk things through. Darren explained in great detail how things work and we went through my finances (this may seem like a lot of questions but don’t let that put you off as it really does help the process) within an hour of being in the office we had went through everything and I actually managed to get a better suited loan than I was originally going in for. Darren was brilliant and answered every question I had (there was many) I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a one payment a month fix to financial issues. It was very clear from the beginning of my experience they have a customers best interest at heart.

I borrowed £1000 in December last year and I paid £982 to clear it off due 58days interest. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. If your struggling stay struggling because this mob just catch you at every point and never ever would I go near this company again ever again

Well.... I applied for loan on 2/4/24 was asked if I could come into the office I went in the next again day filled out paperwork was told I was approved the loan signed paperwork stating my loan amount and what my monthly instalments would be, great news. On leaving Cindy then asked me to call back with relevant information she's needed and the money would be in my account that night. I called back and left a message as she was with another person. No call back I then emailed her stating what she needed, and no response back from that either. I have called thrm again and left another message for Cindy. So now a week later I'm in limbo people apply for these things in desperation, if i wasn't getting a loan it would be good to be told this. Cindy was very welcoming and very helpful so I can only assume she didn't get my messages

Payday loans were a major problem for me, using one to pay something then ending up with multiple to pay my Bill's every month. Thanks to everyday loans I am now back in the black with one payment. Great friendly staff who made me feel at ease and gave great advice. Would not recommend payday loans to anyone but definitely would recommend everyday loans for a great service.

My credit isn’t the best and I wasn’t sure what to expect with everyday loans in Edinburgh however I have to say the experience was almost enjoyable. The first contact I had was via the phone with Cindy who was very professional- she went through all my initial info but didn’t make it feel intrusive... very matter of fact which I liked. I was then invited to make an appointment which I did for the same day. The offices are up the stairs near Costa coffee which was the only thing that slightly put me off but I actually am mad at myself for even thinking that because the service I was given was second to none. Cindy met me by shaking my hand and then Donna cane through who is the manager there( I think I’m correct)and again introduced herself and shook my hand. It’s all very above board - credit checks are done and ID is taken and photocopied but although I couldn’t get a loan with my bank I got a loan here. There was no time at all that I felt pushed into a loan- even at the end when I was signing paperwork Cindy said to me I could think about it rather than rushing into it although we had already discussed the alternatives and whether a loan was the best option etc etc. . And even before I signed on the dotted line and certain literature was given to me to read I still did not feel forced into it/ in fact you would normally pay for the financial advice I was given. I received the monies into my account within a couple of hours and my credit card debts were paid overnight. I read reviews as people are normally honest and I also have been totally honest - it’s a professional but friendly business and if you are needing a loan I would definately recommend them even if you go and have a chat with them first to see if you are eligible.
