From the first moment I spoke with George at my mortgage finder i knew that we had chosen the correct company, after trying to use another company. George did not judge any of the situation and spoke to us like human beings and made us feel like he wanted to get the best for us already, within 24 hours we had a mortgage in principle just before we went to look at the home that we put an offer in and had accepted, although it was December and Christmas came this did not stop, then speaking to Faye who helped me get all the documents over to her helping me with different things that I needed and always being informative then lovely Katy who helped me so much and explained everything I needed guided me through all things that I knew nothing about as being first time buyers and had all my insurances sorted for me. After that Olivia the person who kept me going for the last couple of weeks with the underwriters and waiting to hear, nothing was ever too much for her and always answered me back within an hour and always keeping me updated I couldn't of asked for someone better through this process, Today we had our mortgage offer accepted something that I thought would never ever happen, Olivia called and gave us the good news, Marcus called us just to congratulate us, confirm everything and our insurances this company honestly are worth more than a 5 star. If anyone is struggling to get a mortgage with not the greatest credit or issues that don't fit your usual bill this is the company you need to use. A warm and friendly mortgage broker, who have gone above and beyond in finding a product that will fit the needs of our circumstances. Gregg firstly thoroughly sought the information required to scour the market of options available to me and the family. We have circumstances that don’t neatly fit an a generic sized box. We had a variety of challenging circumstances that needed a depth of understanding. Gregg was very thorough and was always optimistic of successful outcome even though our circumstances were the binary of standard of black and white. He managed to source a variety of products that would best fit our circumstance and navigated us through the entire application process. He was able to find a product after multiple failed attempts. From the moment of acceptance by the lender Ellie was there to continue on Gregg’s work, and she was warm and encouraging whilst simultaneously keeping the application on track. Always keeping us in the loop and giving feedback throughout the process. Both were a credit to their employer and to the broker industry. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with these two and the company as a whole, and we will always and forever be returning clients.
