I needed to move ASAP from my previous rental as the area had become increasingly problematic and was having a serious impact on my mental health. I usually struggle to rent through letting agents due to poor credit and a lack of a homeowner guarantor, but 247 Property were able to approve me using the online guarantor service RentGuarantor which, while not cheap, is an excellent option for people in my situation. I’m honestly not sure why more agents don’t accept it. The entire rental process was smooth and stress-free. The application form was straightforward and my work and personal references were contacted immediately after I paid my holding deposit. Communication throughout was excellent — I was kept informed at every stage and always knew what to expect. My original move-in date was set for January 31st, but when I asked if there was any possibility of bringing this forward, they moved it to January 19th without hesitation. Both Harley and Evlin were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely lovely to deal with. They treated me like a person rather than a number or a transaction, which made such a difference during what was a very stressful time for me. Their approach was warm, understanding, and compassionate — a stark contrast to other letting agents I spoke to, who felt judgemental about my credit situation. I genuinely cannot praise them highly enough. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and no question was made to feel silly. The house itself is wonderful and even after just a few days I feel so much happier — my mental health has improved dramatically. I can’t thank the team at 247 Property enough. I know I’m not the easiest tenant on paper due to my credit issues, but they truly went above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful.
