30 Mar 2026ANDY.CRADDOCK. To describe such a man, I am sure I would find shortage of words. a professional who knows, values what he is doing. ANDY was persistent in follow up, customer service and has high knowledge of what he is doing. If Andy and CMME was not there. I would not buy my own house. I still remember on one occasion we had the conversation about finance side. I said Andy it's been our dream to buy our house. And Andy said, "Let's make that dream come true." When for me, from my experience when I did not understand " Hey Andy" when "estate agents gets funny" it's "Hey Andy" if it's a doubt "Hey Andy". Long story short all such "Hey Andy" calls were promptly, timely attended, patiently explained. Not here you go and putting the hands up. Another important thing. During this purchase of property, I have come across many mortgage advisors. The advisors are quick to know if the client is a easy deal. If its a hard one they will sort of drop away or pull out, become non responsive. Andy stayed, consistently looked for options. I would say a man who showed consideration and respected feelings of his clients. People say mixing emotions in business is not wise. But Andy was considerate. He did not abandon. His attitude was "OK this did not work. Leave it with me and I will get back" and he meant his words and always got back. I strongly recommend Andy. Like I always say Andy do your magic, swing your wand. And he did. He had solution to problems. ANDYS team as well. Promptly and efficiently putting their 100% to do the supporting, administrative side. I wish all the best for you Andy and Team.
