26 Jan 2026Terrible service I’ve been trying to move my payment date to align with my wages and have spent hours on the phone, told by the caller this would be arranged (again multiple times) only to keep getting letters that I am in areas! I have never been in this situation in my life! This is now affecting my product transfer and means that it has been cancelled so I still on the higher interest rate. I have asked for this to be looked at by a manager and everytime getting passes around. So stressful and unnecessary, shocking shocking service
