I believe that good communication is always key when looking at getting a new mortgage or re-mortgaging and that is exactly what we got with Kingsyard Mortgages. Despite our situation being a little more complex Steve and Ellie made the process much less stressful. They went through the whole process and even added to the great service we had received by calling back after all had been agreed and getting us a better rate (twice!), as the rates were steadily improving. We have already recommended and will definitely be in touch when we are ready to re-mortgage.
