17 Jan 2023Took them years to discover that a fake claim against me never happened, and all the while were charging me double my usual premiums, went up from 148 to 296. They advised me to keep paying as would get all of my money back once the claim was abandoned. Last week the claim was abandoned and Aynlsey offered me a 3rd of what I was owed and then took some more ro pay for the rest of the poilcy at the higher rate before the claim was settled. Money grabbing liars
