23 Jan 2024Steve was very helpful and patient in explaining areas of the HomeBuyer Level II Report he provided (in goodtime) of a 1930's property I purchased (SSTC). Since having little experience of older houses he was kind enough to provide detailed answers to my questions of my concerns of the property. It was a very positive experience and would recommend Steve Butler if you are looking for a surveyor who is very meticulous and knowledgeable and responds swiftly.

I received the report within 24h and Steve was swift to respond to calls and emails. Thanks again!
