Nothing in the world prepares you enough for how stressful purchasing a home is, this was our 1st time doing a buy-to-let and purchase of a new residential home. The one thing that made a difference for me and my husband is the guidance of Michael Hawkins at Aitana. Michael took time to understand our financial standing, was very knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely cared about your financial well-being, infact he stopped us from making a few costly mistakes we were not aware about! From sourcing re-mortgage offers for our flat - buy-to-let, to securing a Mortgage for the new purchase, reading through offers/contracts/paperwork T&Cs / fine print with us to ensure we didn’t miss anything, Sorting out insurance offers, getting us sorted with our life insurances as well, sourcing conveyancers and solicitors that were within our budget, all the until we found what fit our plans and budget!
