Karen has been helping us for over a year and a half to buy our first home. We first contacted her when we decided to go and look at the first house to view and decided we wanted to put an offer in that day. Karen dropped everything to work out if we could get a mortgage, and found out how much we could borrow to be able to place our offer within a couple of hours. Sadly our offer wasn’t accepted, but Karen worked with us and told us what we needed to do in order to get mortgage ready and improve our credit scores so we can hopefully increase our budget whilst we wait for the next house.
