A massive thank you to Damian and Cohen at Igloo Mortgages for all their help for my partner and I buying our first home. We went to the information event at Austin Property Services in August and have just moved into our home in January. They were brilliant with all of the guidance and support at the first event, whilst we were progressing with the purchase, and now supporting us with income protection applications. They fully explained all of our options, but gave great advice on what they thought was the best option for us which helped us wade through what could have been an absolute mess of similar choices. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage, or even just a conversation about what is possible. They have great early advice, were never pushy, and we genuinely believe they gave us the best option for us, not them.
