Unfortunately Optimus instructed Arrow conveyancing to take our case, Arrow Formerly EHL are totally incompetent to do the job. 14 weeks in and about to give up on them! Caused me and my wife so much stress and expense due to how long it’s taken. Best if you just Avoid. I would like to say that it’s not Optimus at fault, but they know how bad Arrow are and still continue to give them work.

I forgot to leave a review when we purchased our property a year ago.... And after reading some negative reviews about other search pack providers it reminded me what a great service we got from Optimus. Our first property purchase fell through (but the search pack on that property came through very quickly)....... We found another house and because it was within 6 months of the original searches they did them again for free!...... Not only that but they went out of their way to ensure that the request was received in time for them to be done again for free (as we were quickly approaching the 6 months)...... Overall the searches were the most straightforward part of our whole purchase and can't really fault Optimus for the service we received!

Wish I had taken note of previous 1 star reviews. Unhappy with the resulting survey. Despite Optimus previously reassuring us they vet their providers a poor quality survey received followed by the response below: “As we (Optimus) do not have visibility of the report nor the surveyors inspection notes we would normally advise to raise this with the surveying firm.” Disappointing, poor customer service and lack of willingness to engage when they selected and booked the surveyor from their “reputable” list. Do not recommend. Update: After response from surveyor… still do not recommend. Avoid and find your own reputable firm.
