Absolutely shocking service! They will ask for figures then go off a credit score (meaning all the figures are wrong) they short change you on the direct debit! The service is shocking, the staff are incredibly rude! They drag the whole process out and DO NOT PAY THE CORRECT AMMOUNT meaning if you do go with these you will still need to pay any direct debits till the original debt is cleared, while paying the consolidation. Absolutely terrible service! No continuity, no communication they are absolute cowboys!

This company obtained my personal mobile number and has contacted me several times regarding a loan. Despite my clear confirmation that they have the wrong number, they have continued to send hourly reminder notifications for the past three days, urging me to contact them about the loan. This persistent behaviour is both intrusive and unprofessional, and falls well short of acceptable standards.

Too good

The initial application process appeared thorough, as the loan progressed things became shambolic, their organisation of documents was appauling, they would persistently request documents that they had already been supplied (several times), this was a frustrating waste of time, we started the application on the 6th of February, endless incompetence and two months later still little progress. The constant change of staff would mean more requests for documents already sent and further miss guidance, they appear to be extremely disjointed as a company, zero communication and stalling applications with excuses - waiting on us to confirm information, they were referring to information had been confirmed weeks before hand. The list of inadequacy goes on far to long to list on here, avoid loan.co.uk, find a company that can provide you with a single point of contact and that have a time limit rather than a bunch of time wasters.

What a great experience. My client is delighted. Its great to do mutual business with a company that looks after your client throughout the whole process and keeps them informed throughout. Also as a broker it is great to see the communication between broker, client and your team. Will definitely be using your services again. Thank you so much .... Wanted to write this review, which is something I do not usually do as the service provided really is outstanding and feel it is important to let other brokers and customers know. will definitely be recommending to other brokers.
