Deeply disappointing response: I was recommended to speak with RWK Goodman, regarding a complex and long-standing dispute resolution case. Having contacted them by email, with a comprehensive overview, I had expected at least an acknowledgment of my enquiry - none came. A week later I followed up by telephone and spoke with a representative of their dispute resolution department, who said that my case had been passed to a manager for review. Another week on, I'd heard nothing, so I chased again. Instead of some guidance, I received an email asking how I wished to pay for their fees, upfront or with a CFA? With no guidance on the viability of the case, nor what those fees might ultimately amount to, I decided not to proceed. Why would I open my wallet and entrust my legal representation, to a company so apparently lacking in professionalism?
