29 Nov 2025Sam was great with us from the get go, taking the time to go through our circumstances, but making the effort to actually understand what was a best fit for us, without being pushy for his own gain. You can tell Michael Usher is a genuine outfit, doing the best for their clients. We found the service professional, but warm and personable. We felt totally at ease that they knew what they were doing, and had regular communication and follow ups throughout the whole process, including a fellow Mortgage advisor called Anna, who also chased our solicitors and estate agents for updates to keep them on the ball. When our first sale fell through, due to sellers introducing a chain, we had any questions answered and were not recharged for the mortgage searches on the second property. This was a great reassurance as it was our first home and made such a difference. Overall very happy and will definitely return when we come to re mortgage. Very happy with the price paid.
