John is a great guy and we really enjoyed working with him to set up a mortgage on our new house. Unfortunately, his wife died very shortly after we initially retained his services. Despite this tragedy, he was still concerned about ensuring he got back to us promptly—even though we were more than happy to have him take whatever time he needed for what was surely a very difficult time for him. He is a true professional, is very helpful, and is genuinely concerned with providing a good service to his clients. We would gladly work with him again.
