Was a recommendation from a friend and I would certainly recommend Tom to a friend myself. I absolutely think any first-time buyer must have a mortgage broker (avoid the admin and you won’t know what weird preferences banks have in the background). Also, the quotes I got online directly from banks gave me very different figures about what they would lend to me. Tom made this part of the buying process stress free. Also gave me some very helpful advice on the many property listings I sent him. Very available on WhatsApp. Will use again if when remortgaging
