Her communication was second to none, contacting the lender on our behalf to get things done faster and responding at times when many others may have been "out of office". We also had her assistance with arranging insurance which needed adjustments throughout the process and again could not have been more helpful. We will certainly be using Leanne in the future!

This is the first time we have changed mortgage providers so naturally had a lot of questions and Leanne was so helpful with explaining everything. She is super speedy with replying to emails and was always on the end of the phone if needed. She was also really flexible and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely took the stress out of it all for sure! We started the process a good few months ago and Leanne kept in contact throughout. We had a little hiccup with the lender on completion day (lenders IT issue totally out of her control) and Leanne was more than helpful with contacting them and sorting it all out for us. I highly recommend Leanne and it was great to have her help us, wonderful service and will be using again in the future 😊 Thanks Leanne!
