We knew what to expect at every turn, and he got us the right rate for us, including a revised lower rate before completion. Most importantly, Nathan took all the necessary steps to prepare us months before we submitted an application. This included modelling affordability and impacts on rates, which helped with identifying the right properties. We are grateful to have had another human being guiding us through the process. There was no sleazy sales going on. Each conversation felt like we were speaking to a cousin who is knowledge about financial services and was happy to guide us through the process with no ulterior motives. Definitely recommended!!!
