From the moment I made contact with Salli, everything was so smooth and perfect. She paired us with the fantastic and knowledgable James Vervecken who helped guide myself and my partner through our mortgage, ensuring all of our questions were answered (and there were many!) and always had time to ask us about ourselves as well. Once our mortgage offer had been presented he applied literally within the same day and then passed us onto his colleague Lauren who continued to advise us right up until completion. One of the key things to mention is that Lauren was checking consistently for new offers and actually managed to get our interest rate reduced not once, but twice. Also when an issue arose with our solicitor, James was straight onto it and spoke to them and got the matter resolved literally within the hour. He also helped us with our insurance and once again taking a whopping 2 hours to go over everything with us even though we were cheeky and asked to do this call after hours. I think the most important take away from the whole experience if that clearly the people and the culture at PWM is to go above and beyond for their clients and this shines through in everything the team do.
