31 Jan 2026Joke of a company! Rang up in business hours only to get told they aren’t open and to someone will ring me back! All I got was constant generic Ai responses back! Finally got a time for an arranged call back! That came and went! Just more constant generic Ai responses via text! If you want any kind of human interaction within 6 months of calling then this isn’t the company for you!

19 Sept 2025Only instructed on Saturday and already disappointed. Sent all paperwork in on Monday night ready for our Zoom appointment today, only to get a call 2 hours before the appointment to say that some of the paperwork was incorrect and some was still missing. Had to cancel and rearrange the appointment as no time to organise relevant paperwork. Also some of the ‘missing’ paperwork had actually been sent. Hoping for more success this week. Had the agreement in principle but still not agreed.
